The new 2021 Rogue prototypes are on the streets. Spy photographers managed to catch it and deliver fresh shots. According to what we see, the new generation is on the way. A huge redesign is certain, but camouflage is hiding a lot of things. We tried to find more info about this vehicle, and it seems the Rogue Hybrid is not coming back. Something better is on the way – the all-electric crossover.

The market is full of similar products. Rogue managed to stand out with its cool design and equipment. However, Nissan is losing the pace recently, and Toyota Rav4 and Honda CR-V overtook the market. Also, there is a new similar model by the Japanese carmaker – Rogue Sport. Having this in mind, the company decided to bring the new generation of its most popular vehicle and start its new life.

Nissan Ariya Concept Underpins the new 2021 Rogue

The carmaker presented the new concept at the Tokyo Motor Show. Ariya is not too futuristic and we believe its ideas will get into production very soon. The new 2021 Rogue will be probably based on this concept, especially the part with an electric drivetrain.

Engineers will install a pair of batteries and the all-wheel drive configuration. The company didn’t unveil other specs, such as recharge time or range. Still, and the all-electric base is available for the new 2021 Rogue.

Interior, New Colors

From what we can see on spy photos, the interior of the 2021 Rogue is new. Digital cluster and huge infotainment screen are highlights of the cabin. Well, most buttons and knobs are new, and the entertaining system will get new functions. Some of the controls are on the steering wheel.

Besides the complete exterior update, fans can expect more colors. The 2021 Nissan Rogue also brings the new V-shape grille, which is larger than before. The test mule size is similar to the current compact crossover.
