An interesting render of the 2021 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Trackhawk appeared. However, it is not going to happen, since the Hellcat engine is under the hood of the old-school SUV. The new model will be modern, with a stylish look and premium interior.
Chiefs mentioned that the arrival of the Grand Wagoneer will be delayed since the new generation of the Grand Cherokee is also on the way. Spy photos are confirming these stories. But, the company is testing prototypes of its new full-size model as well. Let’s see what we know so far about the 2021 Grand Wagoneer.
Price is Unknown, Experts Estimate Over $50,000
When the 2021 Jeep Grand Wagoneer steps into the market, the full-size segment will get another member. The average starting price for this kind of SUV is around $50,000. So, the new Jeep’s model could start somewhere between $55,000 and $60,000. Premium versions will depend on options and one of them is the Trackhawk model. In this case, the price will reach a six-digit code, up to $140,000.
‘Premium Interior’ Confirmed
Jeep’s CEO Mike Manley has confirmed the comeback. He confirmed the SUV with premium equipment. It is not the only upper model that is coming for the next season since the new Renegade is also on the way. We don’t know too much about the features. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto will be standard, we can bet on that. Still, navigation and premium audio are optional.
2021 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Specs
The full-size SUV will get a large V8 engine. Spy photos can’t confirm that, but either 5.7 or 6.4 model will be under the hood. Premium versions will definitely get the larger one, which is also available in the Grand Cherokee SRT. From the next season, all performance vehicles in the lineup will be named Trackhawk. The 6.4-liter unit can produce 475 hp, and Manley hinted the engineers could tune it for 500 ponies.

2021 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Release Date
The new Grand Wagoneer is having a debut at NAIAS 2020. At least we suppose it will happen there. Official info is not available yet, though.
