2019 Honda CR-V – Engine Improvements
Just like the design, the engine for 2019 Honda CR-V is going be the new and improved. It will be the 1.5-liter 4-cylinder engine that is capable of producing 190 hp and a torque of 180-pound-feet. It will be available in the all-wheel-drive configuration. We expected better numbers of fuel economy. The current one model has a 28/34 mpg (FWD), 27/33 mpg (AWD). This engine option is going to be offered for the United States version of the vehicle.
However, the other engine options include 2.4-liter diesel engine that will produce 184 horsepower. This one engine will provide 26/32 mpg (FWD) and 25/31 mpg (AWD). With this engine, it is capable of becoming the NSX supercar. There are some rumors that hybrid system is going to be provided.
2019 Honda CR-V – Expected Price and Date of Arrival
The price of the 2019 Honda CR-V is going to start from $25,000 to $33,000. In case the top specs are chosen, you are required to pay a higher price. Finally, the vehicle is going to be launched at the beginning of 2019, and it will be manufactured in Canada.

Thinking of purchasing either a new Honda CRV (2019), or a good used 2017/8 Honda CRV. Question, I am hearing a lot about gas mixing with the oil in the 2017/8 model (1.5 Turbo)…is this true and has their been a fix for this in Canada? Is it resolved in the 2019? I would be very disappointed to find out I paid premium money for a problem car, which is why I chose Honda. I currently own a Civic and a CRV (’12 and “11 respectively) and have had no problems and I love them.

Well, we can read that Honda made some improvements under the hood, but no one tells what exactly is fixed.
If Honda knows about these issues, they will work to fix it ASAP for sure.
